Her experience includes leading creative work for clients such as Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler, Walmart, Wells Fargo, Wake Forest Baptist Health, Fairfax County Department of Transportation, NASA’s Biological and Physical Sciences Division, and the Center for Creative Leadership. A winner of more than 100 industry awards, Cinnamon believes great creative is built on a strong strategic foundation—and that every design should start with asking “why.” As Chief Creative Officer at DepartmentC, she brings energy, clarity, and purpose to every engagement, ensuring that strategy and storytelling work seamlessly together.
